As you can see from just reading my name; I’m the product of a blend of Eastern and Latino cultures.  My upbringing created a person respectful of all kinds of people regardless of who they might be.  This has enriched my practice as a real estate finance and sales professional.  The way I do business while extremely technology driven is still very old school; look everybody in the eyes and always offer a smile even when you’re hurting on the inside.

As a youngster my folks allowed me to participate in missionary work both locally and abroad.  This allowed me to learn different ways of handling a multitude of business situations in different languages.  I am fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French Creole and have a solid working knowledge of French, Italian, Catalan and Galician.

It's been a long haul getting to this point in my career.  Humble beginnings reached new levels when I began selling mortgages from a borrowed desk in my tiny South Beach apartment almost two decades ago.  I'd like to give a huge thanks to all those people who stuck by my side always believing in me.
